Alfa Sports Association participated as a partner organization in the Erasmus+ Youth Exchange project "Healthy Youth in All Aspects" (Project No: 2023-3-ES02-KA152-YOU-000178532), coordinated by Generaciones Saludables España. Held in Gijón, Spain, between 4 and 10 August 2024, the project brought together young people from Belgium, Hungary, Latvia, Romania, Spain, Türkiye to promote a holistic approach to health. Through non-formal education activities, participants explored ways to improve their physical, mental, emotional, and social well-being while encouraging healthy lifestyles, intercultural dialogue, and international cooperation.

The main objective of the project was to increase young people's knowledge and awareness of healthy lifestyle habits, support them in making informed decisions, and encourage them to integrate healthy practices into their daily lives. To achieve these goals, the project focused on topics such as healthy nutrition, physical activity, the development of sporting habits, mental health protection, stress management, and the prevention of harmful habits. Through a combination of educational sessions, practical activities, group work, and dissemination initiatives, participants had the opportunity to explore how they could apply the knowledge and skills gained during the project to their everyday lives.

The project also contributed to the development of participants’ intercultural learning, communication, and cooperation skills. Young people from different countries exchanged experiences and worked together to promote the knowledge and healthy lifestyle practices they had acquired within their local communities. The “Healthy Youth in All Aspects” project not only supported young people in becoming more conscious, active, and healthy individuals but also strengthened sustainable international cooperation among the partner organizations involved in the project.
